Guessr.gg is a guessing game site for Riot Games titles operated as a personal project. This policy explains what data we collect when you use guessr.gg, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Data We Collect
Account data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name from Google OAuth. We store these to identify your account and let you set a username.
Gameplay data
We store your game session results and guess history to power leaderboards and daily challenge tracking. For users who are not signed in, we store your IP address to track daily challenge eligibility and prevent abuse. For signed-in users, your account ID is used instead.
Feedback
If you submit feedback through the site, we collect your message, IP address, and basic device information (browser, operating system, and device type).

Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in — this is strictly necessary for authentication and cannot be disabled. We also store a cookie to remember your language preference.
We also use PostHog analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and to record sessions for UX improvement. Visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK are prompted to accept or decline these before they are set.
